Patient Name: Paris HipHop
Symptoms: Nose was bleeding, black eye, facial swelling, and facial pain.
Diagnosis:(Disease and definition of the disease)
The diagnosis is Broken Bones. That is when you injure yourself and the bones inside your body break.
Treatment:
(How can the disease be treated?)
The diagnosis can be treated by not doing anything with hard labor in the spot were the bone is broken. The broken bone will heal itself.
Prognosis:
(What is the outlook for this patient? What advice do you have for your patient?)
Some advise that I have for you is do not drink alcohol and do not do anything active with that bone and it will heal.

Patient Name: Jasmine Achy
Symptoms: Her symptoms are that she has a fever and she is limping. She also keeps on complaining that her wrist hurts.
Diagnosis:(Disease and definition of the disease) The disease that she has is JRA. It stands for Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. The disease is when the joints swell up and become stiff. You could get it between the ages 6 months – 16 years.
Treatment:
(How can the disease be treated?)
You can treat this arthritis by giving shots of gold. And also you could treat it by medication, physical therapy, and exercise.
Prognosis:
(What is the outlook for this patient? What advice do you have for your patient?)
Some advice I have for you is to do plenty of exercise and eat healthy. In addition, go many times to get physical therapy.

Our team had to diagnose 2 patients. We stared out good and worked very fast. We lost one of the patients medical chart. We each researched disese, that helped.
The best part was the end because we diagnosed a patient. This was a good project because there wasn't alot of arguing. I think we should of picked the teams.
