LEADER REFLECTION: (VIDEO TO BE INSERTED HERE)

Challenge 4 was difficult. We had to hear the symptoms of our patient, Adam Sandlot. We successfully figured out that Adam has asthma. What was difficult to do was to research the two diseases that Adam could possibly have had, and figure out which disease he did have. Our research helped diagnose our patient because we broke up the work. One of us listened to the symptoms, another one wrote down the symptoms and the other two researched the symptoms and when we came up with two likely possibilities one of us researched bronchitis and another researched asthma. I think the best part of this project was getting to do research in a cool way. I think it would be better for the next year students would be to have more reward challenges.

Critical thinking question
5 interesting facts about the respiratory system:

- Our body breathes in oxygen, and we breath out carbon dioxide.
-Plants breath in carbon dioxide, and let out oxygen.
- Without plants, we couldn’t breathe.
- Carbon dioxide is toxic if we breath it in; that’s why teachers say it is dangerous to put a bag over your head.
- 12 pairs of ribs protect the heart, lungs, and other major blood vessels.`

LEADER REFLECTION:

The assignment went well. It was easier than I thought it would be for the group to complete this challenge. There were some obstacles, but we got around them. We had some problems with the citations, but we finally got the citations pasted onto the wiki page. So overall the it went well for the group.

Challenge 2:

Name of Challenge: Who are you?
Today's Date: April 1, 2011

LEADER'S REFLECTION: This challenge went well. There were a few mishaps with badges, but we finished with a little time to spare. I think we would have been faster if the mishaps had been realized sooner. Either way we worked as a team and got the challenge done. we did very well!!!
